SHORT TERM / TEMPORARY RENTALS (Apartments)
For non-residents we offer temporary rentals (furnished apartments) located on the coolest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires : Palermo, La Imprenta, Las Cañitas, Barrio Norte and Belgrano.

What do you need in order to sign a temporary contract with us?

These are the requirements to rent an apartment:
Documentation: Passport and credit card.
Personal interview at the moment of reservation: In order to make a reservation for a particular apartment a personal interview is required on our offices located at Maure 1685 (click on the address to see a location map).
Payments: When you sign the contract you need to pay in advance:
-The whole contract (3 or 6 months of rent, depending on rental period) in the currency that was specified on the description sheet of the property.
-All temporary rentals required al least 2 months deposit in advance, that will be returned at the end of the contract if no damages or expenses are due.
-Broker commission. (This vary depending on period of rental)
Note: It may take up to 4 business days to finalize the process and sign the contract.
Other expenses
In some cases building expenses and real estate taxes are included in the rent, but electricity, gas, internet, and telephone services are never included on rent prices.
